Our liability for damaged or lost items is limited to a fair and reasonable compensation, not exceeding typical industry standards, and is subject to our assessment. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage to garments with pre-existing conditions, defects, or weaknesses not apparent before cleaning.
6. Pickup and Delivery
- Scheduled Times: We strive to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times but cannot guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
- Unattended Pickups/Deliveries: If you elect for unattended pickup or delivery, you agree to assume all risk of loss or damage to your garments.
